Jax: Almost 8 years old, let's throw a Grandmaster's Birthday at him.
I posted something similar to this on reddit, but decided that I wanted to eleborate on it. It can be found here.
Anyways, as the title suggests, this February marks Jax's 8th year in this game. 8 years as Grandmaster, and yet we haven't had the oppurtunity to find more about this man (Oh god did I just assume his gender!?).
ANYWAYS, seeing how old he is and how his lore is literally asking for some attention...I concluded that we should have an event that goes along with the theme of: Grandmaster, Challenges, and 1v1s (Yeah that's right all you people who scream "1V1 ME!" whenever you die, YOU ARE GETTING WHAT YOU WANTED...kind of).
If you guys are picturing a 1v1 ladder, no, not happening. It will simply be a week(?) in-game event that incorporates a map and gamemode similar to that of Magma Chamber (Yeah, THAT Magma Chamber). HOWEVER, it will have matchmaking and even Hextech rewards.
Essentially, there will be tiers/milestones where you can claim rewards (similar to that of the belt system in martial arts). I will be using Roman army ranks for this example:
- Munifex - 10 wins
- Coincen - 15 wins
- Beneficiarii - 20 wins
- Evocati - 25 wins
- Immunes - 30 wins
- Captains - 35 wins
- ...
- ...
- ...
- GRANDMASTER - ?? wins
Whenever you reach a certain milestone, you can get rewards. Maybe a summoner icon and/or hextech materials (and possibly IP). At Grandmaster, you can get a free mystery gift? Ambitious.
Using the system in Magma Chamber, the victor of the 1v1 is determined by either First Blood, First Tower, or 100 CS (Unfortunately there are people who play more passive than the champion's passive. Wards do more than them. Literally.)
There can be stat's in the HUB of this event where players can view other players' stats in this Grandmaster gamemode. How they win games:

Wins: 32
Losses: 42
Wins by First Blood: 12
Wins by First Turret: 6
Wins by CS: 14
Although this idea is a VERY VERY ambitious one tha tprobably wouldn't be implemented in time for his BDAY, I feel like this is still a great revival for the champion whenever it is released. I am sure the players would enjoy it as well consider how much freebies and chances it gives you to literally 1v1 someone.
