Axel, Rank VIII within Organization 13, is a marksman who specializes in bursting enemies and chasing down low health enemies after his passive has activated.

LORE:

Born as Lea on the world of Radiant Gardens, Axel was always considered a hothead, rushing into battle without much thought. The details of his death are unknown, but undoubtedly, his tendency to punch first is what led him to his end. However, his will was too strong and not even death could conquer it. As such, even though Lea had lost his heart, he was reborn as the Nobody known as Axel. Axel was found by Xemnas, who immediately recognized his potential and brought him in as Rank VIII in Organization 13, a group of powerful Nobodies who's mission was unknown, even to many of the members. The Organization discovered a new world named Runeterra, and sent Axel to scout out the world. When he arrived, he was immediately greeted by the "hospitality" of Noxus soldiers. Fighting off most of them easily and even able to hold his own against Darius, Axel caught the attention of Swain, the Noxian High Commander. Swain suggested an uneasy alliance between the two; Axel would assist Swain in conquering Runeterra and Axel would get to keep the hearts of all the soldiers who fell on the battlefield. Axel accepted and quickly became a legend among the soldiers of both Noxus and its enemies. The story of a flash of fire ripping through the battlefield sends chills up the spines of all but the most veteran of warriors.

ABILITIES:

PASSIVE- Dancing Flames Upon hitting an enemy champion with an ability, Axel gains a stack of Dancing Flames which last for 3 seconds, granting him (0.5/0.75/1%) attack speed for every stack (max 5). Upon reaching 5 stacks, Axel gains Flurry, granting him bonus movement speed (20/35/50). Flurry lasts as long as Axel has at least 4 stacks of Dancing Flames.

Q- Burn, Baby! (Range: 1200(First cast)/600(Second cast), Speed: 1300, Mana: 60/70/80/90/100, Cooldown: 10) Axel throws a chakram in a line, dealing physical damage slowing the first enemy champion hit for 2 seconds. Axel can reactivate this ability for 3 seconds afterwards to target a nearby enemy champion who is slowed to throw his other chakram, dealing the damage again and stunning the enemy. [Physical Damage: 30/45/60/75/90 (+30/40/50/60/75% AD) Slow: 15/25/30/35/40%]

W- Burning Spirit (Range: 700, Cooldown: 30) Passive- Hitting the same target with 3 auto attacks makes the next auto deal bonus damage on that target and grant a stack of Dancing Flames. This cannot happen on the same target for 10 seconds. Active- Axel throws one of his chakrams, causing an explosion and burning the earth underneath. Enemies in the target area take damage over time. [Bonus Damage: 20/30/40/50/60 (+50% AP) Physical Damage: 45/55/65/75/85 (+65% AD)]

E- Trailblazer (Range:600, Mana: 30/45/60/75/80, Cooldown: 15) Axel dashes forward, dealing damage around him as he moves forward. [Physical Damage: 30/40/50/60/70 (+50% AD)(+50% AP)]

R- Ring of Fire (Range: 250-1300, Mana: 100, Cooldown: 110/90/80) Passive- Every point in this ability increase the passive's movement and attack speed bonuses. Active- Axel roots himself for 0.5 seconds and releases a small circle of fire that expands. Once the circle reaches its maximum range, it lasts for 10 seconds. Enemies hit by the expanding ring are damaged and slowed. If Axel is inside the ring when it reaches its maximum range, he gains 5 stacks of Dancing Flames. Attacking enemy champions inside the ring counts towards Burning Spirit. [Magic Damage: 100/200/300 (75% AP), Slow: 20/25/30%]

WEAKNESSES: Weak in long trades Easily out of position

WORKS WELL WITH:

Braum Braum's slows and passive allow Axel to make full use of his burst as well as getting off two stuns on the enemy.

Janna Janna's disengage allows Axel to reposition himself if he's out of position. Her Zephyr also sets up Axel's stun and her passive adds to his mobility.

Nami Nami is able to protect Axel when he does his crazy and risky plays with her heal and crowd control.

STRUGGLES AGAINST:

MasterYi Master Yi's immunity to slows makes it impossible for Axel to get his stun off.

JarvanIV Jarvan is able to close gaps quickly and is able to limit Axel's mobility.

First thanks for making a concept for axel. now i'm going to give my critiques P: weak startup but really nice once it gets pumping. I'm wondering if you could buff this with bonus/level? Q: really strong with it being a near instantaneous 1200 range skillshot. like the reward for hitting it though. W:i like the bonus damage but would prefer if it either procced on a cooldown reduced by minion kills or was an active modifier E: low cooldown so he'll be quite slippery though it fits his character pretty well.. does it allow dashing over walls? R: Yes let him make his battlefield again. I feel like you're intended weakness of out of position really doesn't translate to the kit you designed.
