Nothing bugs me more than buying skins and not be able to see which skins I own. This section should be in the same concept as the champions page in the summoner profile so you can see how many skins you own and the ones you want.
the shop by default doesn't display skins that you already own. or are you saying you don't want to buy a skin for a champ if you already have a different one?
either way it seems strange to not know what skins you own, but maybe that's just me.
I would like a wishlist myself.
you can click the show all skins tab in shop and it'll show what you own and what you don't
