No sarcasm, aside from Kai'Sa, She's the exception, "Maybe Vayne and Ezreal too" but that's literally it, AND, make them fun to play :D.

Ashe 51-53% winrate all elos.
Jinx 51-53% winrate across all elos.
Jhin 51-52% winrate across all elos.
Xayah 50% winrate across all elos, high playrate of about 10-15%.
Vayne 50-51% winrate across all elos, high playrate of about 10-12%.
Caitlyn 50-51% winrate across all elos, high playrate of almost 18-20%.
Kai'sa 48-49% winrate with anywhere from 20-40% playrate.
**TL;DR: Statistically, ADCs are fine and they are some of the best champions in the game at the moment. **
The whole point of a marksman is that they don't just "survive" by default. Their damage comes mostly from auto attacks, which is just clicking on people. The skill component of a marksman is your positioning, being able to stand in the spot where you are killing the enemy and they aren't killing you. Marksman survive by actively making sure they aren't caught out.
Marksman with mobility tend to have conditional mobility, where the cooldown is long unless they stay engaged with the enemy. They can't just run away from every fight, they need to keep fighting to keep running, and if they try to hard disengage and fail, they won't have that mobility back up to save them from getting jumped. This is true for Kai'sa, Ezreal, Lucian, and Tristana, and to a lesser extent, Jhin and Jinx.
All marksman are able to survive if you position well. Even if the enemy has fed assassins, you can position well to avoid them. Sometimes that position is on the other side of the map farming so you don't add to the snowball and can actually outscale the enemy later. Marksman can't just wade into every fight and expect to come out on top.
if you want an ADC to survive give them a Riot Shield

Actually...every marksman has some tool of passive survivability if used for such
Ashe has a Immediate stun
Ezreal has a Blink
Vayne has her E disengage
Tristana has her busted as fuck Dash
Caitlyn has her E
Corki has his W
Graves has his W and E
Jinx has her E
Kalista has her Passive and her R
Lucian has his E
Quinn has her E (And W for gank-prediction and early retreat)
Sivir has her E
Xayah has her R
Kai'sa has her E and R
Twitch and MF are the only ADC's with no defensive tools except for an AoE slow which can be bypassed by any mobility. Every other ADC has either some form of Dash, Jinx has potentially 3 Roots, Sivir has a Spellshield and Xayah has a 2 second Untargetability.
ADC's are survivable, if the player wants them to be, the problem isnt adc's being easy to kill, it's that at least 1 of their counters is always Meta.
Ok then give all mages a massive shiled too
I'm not really seeing marksmen struggle right now. Literally everyone dies fast now, unless they have a lot of mobility.
