Skins for chmapions

Hello, I was wondering what the community thinks of champion skins. Some champions have more than four skin. Viegar has eight skins! I believe that Riot should stop making skins that change nothing for champions that already have a skin that changes something like there voice or cast animation. Take Kayle for example they made her a police officer skin not long ago when she already has a legendary skin. The only thing that skin did was make the lights on her shoulder flash. Riot should start to make skins for champions that do not have more than one skin like Jinx she has been out for a year and only has one skin...what? You finally gave Rengar a second skin about 6 months ago. I just hope that you create more skins fir champions without any but the one that they start with.
