Scrap, the Junkyard Titan
Notes: The purpose of this champion concept is to give easily recognizable strengths and weaknesses. [Scrap]'s theme is that of a shape-shifter, someone who is very versatile in his play style and role in the team; someone who can change dynamically as the game progresses, and thus play different roles at different times. This all comes at the cost of low base stats, and the blueprint mechanic that scales his power as a % of his max hp. A theoretical counter play being that of a poke based comp.

Notes: Scrap has the lowest base stats in the League, but this is compensated by the passive per-level stats Scrap gains from his abilities

Abilities:
_Notes: Scalings, both passives/actives, for abilities is exponential, meaning there is a increasing returns to leveling abilities. This will encourage players to find a specific play-style/role to play instead of playing a more well rounded [Scrap]. _
Passive:

_Notes: *[Scrap] is strongest when he is at full hp, but becomes weaker and weaker as he takes more damage. [Scrap's] strength is his versatility, but his greatest weakness is sustain. The order of his abilities also plays a crucial role in how [Scrap] degrades, and thus this adds another level of strategy/complexity to his playstyle. To make up for such weaknesses and to strengthen [Scrap]'s versatility, [Scrap] will be able to redefine himself throughout the game via "Recycle!", however this comes with gold penalties. * _
The Blueprint: Scrap has 5 abilities instead of 4, each maxing at 5 points. However, [Scrap] is only given one point towards an ability/blueprint per level. The building blocks/abilities available to him scales off of his % max health (1*level blocks and abilities for 100% max health); as [Scrap] loses % hp he will lose points in the most recent leveled skill/building block. [Scrap]’s size scales with the composition of his current building blocks. Recycle!: Scrap can spend gold at the fountain to Recycle! - returning all ability points and allowing Scrap to rebuild anew. Refunds on non-gold producing items are increased at the shop during a phase of "Recycle!".
Q: Reinforced Titanium
Passive - Building Blocks: Gives [Scrap] up to +4.7 armor and +2 magic resist per current level at max level.
Active - Reinforce: Reduces incoming damage up to 30% for up to 4 seconds. Additionally, Scrap's next auto will stun his enemy.
W: Hextech Combustible
Passive - Building Blocks: Gives [Scrap] up to +1.3 movementspeed and +1% tenacity per level.
Active - Nitro Boost: Scrap charges/dashes at a target location dealing magical/physical damage. All forms of crowd control are ignored during the duration. [Scrap] carries any units which collides with him. If they collide into terrain, he stuns himself and his targets.
E: H-50K Evolution Turret
Passive - Building Blocks: Gives [Scrap] up to +2AD and +1% life steal per level.
Whenever Scrap attacks an enemy [excluding wards] each turret on him fires a shot toward the same target dealing 5% AD each. Optionally Scrap can auto-attack using his turrets from afar (ranged).
R: Alloys of the Aegis
Passive - Building Blocks: Gives [Scrap] up to +2.5 ability power and +0.5% spellvamp per level.
Active - Shock wave: Deals magic damage to all enemies standing near [Scrap]. The cool downs on his abilities are reduced up to %5 per enemy champion hit. Scales better with AP
T: Condensed Mass
Passive - Building Blocks: Gives [Scrap] up to +33.25 health per level.
Active - Singularity: All enemy units close to [Scrap] is pulled slightly toward [Scrap] dealing up to _% of their current health. If the enemy comes into contact with [Scrap] they are stunned and dealt an extra 5% of their current health. [Scrap] heals for up to _% of the damage dealt.
