This hero would be a interesting concept as he'd be able to shift between 2 different forms, day and night, (With a shared ultimate, ofc) anyway enough rambling, heres Feretal, The Equinox!

Base Stats: Maximum Health: Moderate Resource- Energy Regen- Will be Explained in passive. Damage- High Speed- Moderate Range- Ranged/Melee

Role: Mage Secondary: Support.

Passive- Gift of Sun and Moon Feretal shifts his powers between Day and Night at his will (CD of 15 seconds) allowing different abilities to be cast in the Q, W, and E Slot (T would probably be the best key to assign this passive, if he were to be made) While in Gift of sun, feretal launches powerful beams of sunlight at a ranged distance, while in Gift of Moon, Feretal summons two blades of moonlight to battle with at melee range. While in Gift of Sun, he takes 10% bonus melee damage, when in Gift of Night, he takes 10% bonus ranged damage. he takes 10% of the opposite form of damage when in Either form. Sunlight form draws energy from the sun, regenerating 8 energy per second, while moonlight form (regens 5) instead draws power from the moon, gaining 10% ap.

Q- Sun's Blaze/Moon's Glare

While In Gift of Sun, Feretal launches a pure ray of sunlight, enemies hit take 35/70/105/140/175 damage (+15% ap) Allies hit are healed for 25/50/75/100/125(+10% ap)

While in Gift of Moon, Feretal stabs his swords into the ground, causing an eruption of moonlight, dealing 55/110/165/210/265 (+40% ap damage) to enemies within 3 range and knocking them back.

Cooldown: Low/Moderate

Energy Cost: 80/100

W-Sunstorm/Moontwist

While in Gift of Sun, Feretal channels for 3 seconds, taking 30% less damage as a solar storm radiates outward from him, beginning at him with radius of 2 and gaining 3 radius each second, dealing 45/90/135/180/225 (+30% ap) damage to enemies struck and stunning them for 1.5 seconds, this deals 100% more damage if is within radius of 2.

While in Gift of Moon Feretal whirls his blades flipping forward 4 range, enemies in a 90 degree cone behind him afterwords are blasted with moonlight, being silenced for 1.5 seconds and take 70/135/200/265/330 (+45% ap) damage.

Cooldown: High/Moderate

Energy Cost: 40/80

E-Dawns Warmth/Dusk's Terror

While In Gift of Sun, Feretal radiates a strong ray of light to nearby allies, healing them for 50/100/150/200/250 (+20% ap) and providing a shield equal to 10/11.25/12.5/13.75/15% of their max health.

While in Gift of Moon Feretal causes a shadow to mock an enemy, making them fill up with guilt, terror, and regret, During this time all healing is negated and instead the enemy takes 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% of the healing that would've been done as damage and placing a mark above their head (this warns allies not to heal them...) This lasts 4 seconds.

Cooldown: Moderate/High

Energy Cost: 50/70

R- True Equinox Feretal separates his consciousness, creating a shadow of the other form 6 range from the target on the other side and lifting him, his shadow, and the target in the air for 5 seconds in a stasis, they can not be affected by other damage, healing, effects or debuffs during this time (hes basically reflected) Then, if he is in Gift of Sun (This targets ally) He heals them for 40/80/120 (+20% ap) a second. If he is in Gift of Moon (this targets enemy) he deals 50/100/150 (+25% ap) damage a second. Note that the main character blasts the target with the ray of his current form, the shadow does the opposite forms ray.

Cooldown: Very High (180 seconds)

Energy Cost: 100

Notes: Sunlight Form Possesses buffs, heals, and aoe attacks to assist his allies and spread damage against enemies. Moonlight Form possesses strong crowd control abilities and damage, where moonlight form is costlier, and sunlight form is more meant for constant support, moonlight form is meant more for when hes holding his own. He can pose either as mage or support through this.

His e in moon form sounds really broken, but he sounds good.

His passive has one issues, you need to activate it so it's not a passive. you could turn his passive into his ult, or maybe say that he changes when he reaches a certain amount of health left, but that passive is not a passive and that is wrong.
