Volibear needs a new legendary skin, INTRODUCING, VOLICLOUD

Volicloud starts off as a simple cloud in the shape of a bear, when he uses his abilities, he turns into a rain cloud for the duration of the ability, I think it would be pretty cool. Any other suggestions for a legendary volibear skin? Post them in the comments!
