Wrex, the Watchdog of Zaun

So I'm just going to dive right into this, I've always liked animal champions and I thought to myself, "Why aren't there more?". So here we go, Wrex. **Overview- **Wrex would be a hard support champion with a lot of helpful abilities for his allies. Now you're probably thinking, "But don't we already have a wolf/dog champion? Like WarwickWarwick and NasusNasus ?" to which I'd reply, "Well aren't you a clever clogs! But those guys aren't really straight up dogs, Warwick has a more werewolf look, and Nasus is pretty much Anubis. This champ would be more a of an actual wolf." The twist however is that unlike most other wolves, Wrex is a hard support champ.

Appearance- The way I see it, Wrex would resemble a large, black and brown wolf around RengarRengar sized. He would also have a robotic harness on his back with a small missile pod on his right side and a container of chemicals on his left. A robotic front left leg and back right leg would be replacing his standard ones. A laser sight would be attached to his head and small spotlights would be on either side of his head. Look, I'm really terrible at drawing, but if you want to to take a crack at it go ahead.

Stats- I'm not too great with base stats but here we go. HP: 610-2500 HP Regen: 7.5-24 Mana? Nope, Wrex uses energy which is functionally the same as focus. (Think KennenKennen) Energy Regen: 10 per second Melee Damage: 50-105 Attack Speed: .69 (lol) Armor: 27-90 Magic Resist: 33-50 Move Speed: 350

Abilities- Passive: Watchful Wards you place last 20% longer and teammates wards last 10% longer. Wrex passively growls whenever an enemy is nearby but not visible. (range of 600).

Q: Flash-bang Bomb (Cost: 40 Energy) (Cooldown: 6 seconds) Wrex fires a 700 range missile that has a 200 area of effect. the bomb damages all units in the area, dealing 60/80/140/180/220 magic damage and slowing all enemy champions caught in the blast for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds by 20/20/40/50/60%.

W: Solar Spotlight (Cost: 50/55/60/65/65 Energy) (Cooldown: 15 seconds) Wrex lights up his head-mounted spotlights, revealing and blinding all enemies in a cone in front of him causing 20/30/40/50/70 per second until they escape the beam. Lasts for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds. For the cone size, it's slightly longer than Annie's Annie Incinerate, but more narrow.

E: Feral Rush (Cost: 10/15/20/25/30 Energy) (Cooldown: .5 Seconds) Passive: Wrex gains 10% movement speed and 20% when nearby allies below 40% health. Active: Wrex propels himself forward 500 units and grants a shield that blocks 150/180/220/245/270 damage to all allies he moves through. The same ally cannot be granted a shield within 20/18/17/16/15 seconds of its last shield.

R: K-9 GARD(Cost: 100 Energy) (Cooldown: 120/110/90) Passive: All nearby Allies of Wrex gain increased Health and Mana Regen (10/20/30 per 5 seconds). If an ally has taken damage from a "Threat", the Health Regen is increased by 1 for every 5% percent of missing health. Active: Wrex gains vision of all nearby enemies, then Wrex may mark one of those targets as a "Threat" for 10 seconds. Any enemy marked as threat takes 5/10/15% more damage from all sources.

Lore- It's hard to be a stray dog on the streets of Zuan, lot's of people want to experiment on you, and even more want to eat you. But Wrex's life was different, when he was just a baby, he witnessed his mother being kidnapped by a strange, hulking, purple figure. Wrex searched for his mother for months, but never found her. Eventually, Wrex himself was taken by a metallic scientist and was granted a heightened mind, allowing him to speak with basic vocabulary. He told his captor that if he really wanted to "evolve Wrex like he always talked about, he would give the, now wolf, the means to help the stray creature's of this horrible city. His creator oddly agreed despite obviously not having a problem with kidnapping test subjects, and gave him the means to be faster, stronger, and built to last longer. Of course, with every promise there is a lie and, after Wrex was given the privilege to roam the streets, he found himself sometimes falling into a deep trance, and then waking up in the middle of ruins and corpses. Cursed with forever falling under his creator's mind control, Wrex now seeks someone to help him before it's too late.

Taunt- Wrex looks at the screen and gives a tooth bearing laugh. (Duck Hunt style) Laugh- Wrex howls and gives a robotic monotone laugh (Think a very flat Ha. Ha. Ha.) Dance- Wrex does the doggy paddle by standing on his hind legs and paddling his paws in the air Joke- "Ooh, that looked ruff" Joke- "What do trees and dogs have in common? Our bark is worse than our bite!" Joke Action- Lies down, then gets back up when finished

So, yeah, that's Wrex! I hope you guys like him and if there's anything I can do to improve the design/balance him let me know! Of and please call me out if I missed something!

This dudes base stats and free passive stats are REALLY out of control. I like the idea of a "Watch Dog" that helps out a team, in fact his passive growl is really interesting, I also really like his W and Q's Actives, both balanced at flavorful. I'd definitely look at his E and his ULT and try to figure out ways to create a kind of unity of flavor, which is lacking at the moment. The ward thing isn't terribly strong, but is a weird thing that doesn't really fit league of legends.

Couple of thing I need to know before review.

1 is he a cybernetic dog or a dog in battle armor?

2 is the blue man Viktor in dr scrubs?

The blue guy was supposed to be purple but I wrote blue whoops. And yes he's a cyber dog.

The switching thing is cool, but the task of making 3 all new abilities is a tad daunting. I was not aware about the MR, so thank you! Although you said the armor should be changed and I do respect your opinion, I feel the armor is appropriate for this kind of survivable/support character.
