Idea for Kennen rework that could get him out of top lane

So i recently stopped playing top lane, and started adc, and i always thought that kennen was the least fun character ever to play against, so here is my idea for a rework that would hopefully get him out of top and into adc. (Sorry about the inconsistency in how much detail i put into the ability descriptions, i just kind of wanted to give a general idea of how the rework wold function) feedback is apreciated!

Passive: growing cyclone Every time Kennen hits his w or e he gains a stack of his passive, gaining 0.01 attack speed

Q: draining tempest Active: Kennen casts an electrical field around him with a range the same as his auto attack range for 3 seconds at all ranks. This duration can be extended indefinitely if an enemy champion enters the field. When an enemy champion enters the field kennen gains 5%(scaling) of the enemy’s ad, and gains a small attack speed steroid(scaling) until the enemy leaves the field

Also just for clarity’s sake the field does not do any damage by itself and the range is not effected by rapid fire cannon

Passive: every time kennen auto attacks an enemy champion 5% of his maximum energy will be refilled

W: zapping shuriken Kennen throws a medium range electric shrunken that passes through enemies, dealing decaying damage for every enemy hit, and also administers a 40% slow at all ranks. If you last hit a minion with your w you gain a stack of growing cyclone, but of you hit a champion, only the first champion hit gives you a stack.

E: the will of the cyclone All units are pushed back in a target direction

Think Syndra e but a bit wider and shorter

R: spirit dash kennen dashes to a nearby allied champion, and retreats to the spirit realm turning him invisible, and giving him 10% movement speed at all ranks. The effect lasts for 15 seconds (scaling) at rank one. When kennen emerges from the spirit realm he gains a large attack speed steroid, letting him exceed the attack speed cap (up to 3.0) for 1 second rank one, 2 seconds rank two and 3 seconds rank three.

Again feedback is apreciated, and if you have any questions feel free to ask in the comments :)
