Pool Party Ekko

I think a Pool Party Ekko would he awesome!

Sadly I have NO Artistic ability. but i have some great ideas for the Skin:

His sword becomes a pool noodle. he is in swimtrunks. His Q throws a life preserver and shoots a water balloon His W hits a water balloon into the circle and a cannonball splash happens on landing His E is up for debate, as far as animation And his ult is a cannonball back to his position.
