New Champion concept Tweak, the Master of Alteration

Tweak is a champ concept that i made a while ago then thought upon of a long time the new boards contain nothing of him so i created another concept of him. i cant draw but i do have what he looks like wrote down and all of his taunts jokes random blurbs and his backstory which is VERY VERY deep in concept with another champion called Embry. Tweak would be a assassin who has ranged attacks and melee attacks kinda like Nidalee (cept he isn't a cat.) Tweak is a champion who can be a mid laner a top laner a jungler and an marksman because of his kit and how it helps him do certain things certain ways. I would love to help Riot with this champion by saying I would be his voice actor for free. Embry was made a while back so if you can find it congrats link it in the comments if you can.

Appearance: Hair: Black, Short and Spiked clothes: Red/Black heavy armor (Riot choose what you want it to look like) Weapon: Black large (Garen Tryndamere and Aatrox weapons combined kinda....) body: Large Male, Muscular, Tribal tattoos on one half of his body (Prefer right side but its up to riot) face: turquoise eye color and a scar on his right cheek (Up to riot to decide the rest)

Lore : There was a boy born with great powers, the power to alter people or things. That boy had the ability to do anything but he did something horribly wrong, while altering his brother or testing on him he altered his brothers memories and that forced him to look for them or for him to make new ones for him. During his quest of finding his brothers memories he had to stop in a very dark and powerful city. he stood at the gates of Noxus and was brought in by Darius a very powerful man. He was trained by Noxian forces and given armor and ring. He worked his way up showing that he had great strength, the king brought me to his throne and asked him what he needed strength for he replied to him "I need to save my brother, I need to set things right" the king told him to lift his head and made him a deal as long as he served him and worked for him as a guard he would find a way to restore his brothers memories. For a while he stayed believing that the king would have the means to cure his brother, until he found that his brother was still the same as when they got there. He got fed up and left a bag of gold and a note for the king reading "It was fun but I'm going to search for more ways to cure my brother" they walked for days and sometimes nights going from town to town and tavern to tavern looking for information about anywhere they could find a scientist who could make something to cure Embry, When they got to Zaun they stopped for a while resting and looking for information until they found a tavern that peaked his interest. They sat down and listened for information about scientists that could make things or fix things. That is when they heard about him, a Yordle who could make anything happen a Yordle who could create anything from turrets to helicopters. He stood up wanting to know more but they only knew where that man was so they set off for that location. They ventured for ages searching for what seemed to be a a myth until they found it, The institute of war. The place where the League of legends was a place where the Yordle was, They rushed towards it in hope they weren't to late to join it.

Tweak would have special taunts towards (Ekko, Graves, Caitlyn, Garen, Yasuo, and Aatrox.) Special Taunts: Ekko: "You may be able to rewind but you can't alter your fate" Graves: "Maybe i should get a shotgun like that can i take yours?" Caitlyn: "that rifle looks alright to bad it cant hit me" Garen: "I will shatter that armor you wear" Yasuo: "Drinks are measly things to handle, the death of a master isn't" Aatrox: "Demon or not I'm still going to win"

Tweak's regular taunts would be as follows: "Your not even worthy for me to call you an opponent" "You want some of this (toggling his stances while saying this until hes back at his current stance) nah i didn't think so" "I'm going to rearrange your face"

Tweak's movement phrases: "are we there yet?" "where are we even going" "cant stop wont stop" "can we finally stop" "which way now"

Tweak when he enters the jungle and river: (J for Jungle R for River) (J) "What scary things await me in here?" (R) "Awe... My feet are soaked now" (J) "Trees, Trees, more Trees, Oh a rock" (R) "Tweak, a member of the River patrol" (J) "Wonderous monsters lets check em out" (J/R)"why is there a feeling that I'm getting watched"

Tweaks passive phrases to monsters like red buff/blue buff dragon and baron: "Lets fight em with fire" "I might be feeling a little blue" "Dragon slayer Tweak" "Baron mind if i take some teeth with me?"

Tweaks Death phrases: "Death is something i can alter but it takes time" "Bothersome people always getting in the way" "Embry, i need you brother" "Dying isn't fun but i will be back count on that" "Gah, i messed that up"

Tweaks base stats at lvl 1: Hp: 565 Hp per lvl: 80.612 Hp regen per 5: 6 Hp regen per lvl: 0.85 Mp: 400 Mp per lvl: 55 Mana regen per 5: 6 Mana regen per lvl: .75 Ad: 60 Ad per lvl: 3.5 Ap: 35 Ap per lvl: 3.85 Armor: 30 Armor per lvl: 3 Magic resist: 25 Magic resist per lvl: 3 Cool-down reduction: 5% attack speed: .650 attack speed per lvl: .0195 Movement Speed: 345 Range: 175

( pretty even numbers and i had to calculate the above to find out if it was balanced or not at lvl 18 i think its pretty balanced but ill save that for riot to decide the damage was hard to calculate but i think its alright)

Tweaks abilities would be as follows: (all at lvl 18)

Passive : Alter

During Sword stance: Tweak's basic attacks deal cleave damage to 2 extra targets next to the main target each target hit by this takes (50+lvl+50% of bonus AD)

During Rifle stance: Tweak's rifle charges up every 4 attacks then shoots an armor piercing round that reduces his opponents armor dealing (45+lvl+50% of bonus AD) and giving tweak bonus damage against that target (15% more damage to that target)

During Shotgun stance: Tweak gains bonus armor and damage for each enemy he kills scaling up to 20% more armor and 25% more damage at max stacks (50-100)

Q : Toggle Rifle: Cool down 4 seconds between switching (shares cool down with w)

Tweak Alters his weapon gaining (50+lvl+60% of bonus AD) in damage and gaining (375 range on his basic attacks from sword stance)

W : Toggle Shotgun: Cool down 4 seconds between switching (Shares cool down with q)

Tweak Alters his weapon gaining (10+15% of bonus armor ) and reduces his damage by (25% of bonus AD) but gains life steal (flat 10%) and gains (275 range on his basic attacks from sword stance)

E : (varies depending on stances) 7 second cool down in each stance (cant use them all after one another use one and they are all on cool down)

Sword: Aether Wave : fling a crescent wave in the direction you slash that goes (x amount of units) and deals (140+75% of bonus AD+70% bonus AP)

Rifle: Ricochet : Shoot a targeted enemy dealing (200+60% of bonus AD+15% AP) to the first target the bullet then ricochets to another enemy dealing half the first shot in damage (100+30% of bonus AD+7.5% bonus AP) (can ricochet up to 5 times)

Shotgun: Cheap Shot : Shoots an enemy stunning them for 1.5 - 2.0 seconds dealing (170+ 70% of bonus armor)

R : (varies on stance your currently in) 50 second cool down in all stances (cant use all of them one after another use one and they all are in cool down)

Sword: Frenzy : Deal increased damage (100+20% of bonus AD) and gain increased movement speed (50%) and attack speed (1.25) for 15 seconds duration increases for each kill you get during this by (10/5/2.5/1)

Rifle: Head Shot : Focus in on your target and shoot a round that doesn't stop until it hits your target dealing (400+100% of bonus AD) to the target of your choice and half that to any other person in the way.

Shotgun: Mortar shells : shoot 6 shells into the air raining down on selected area (2500 range) dealing (250+30% of bonus armor+20% of bonus AD+50% bonus AP) enemies hit by this are slowed by (50%)
