Money centered champion

My friend and I came up with an idea for a champion after listening to this song. We don't know how his kit would work but would revolve around having money. Like the money that he saves would affect his stats. Lore wise, idk maybe the younger entrepreneur brother of gragas. Just really greedy but the more money he has the better his stats or something like that. Perhaps his abilities cost money to cast but hitting them gives more money. # LODSOFEMONE Fellas? Ladies?
