Victorius Lee Sin 2020?
That is one of the most played jungler's from 2012 I think he deserved it more than Aatrox that wasn't played for years until he got broken rework and was abused for few months.

they ruined his voice but he is still the beast
He was rarely played in pro play for spring split (unlike aatrox being in every game) so that couldnt happen this year sadly.
