Champion Design

A New Champion called Masi ( Phsychic Power ) Kudo ( Loyalty ), an AP Mage, His Q Ability is a Peice of Ice Shard level 1 60 ( AP ) damage and scales with 15 damage everytime you level it up, slows enemies hit and can only hit one target, ( main poking ability ), His W Ability is a Small tornado that slows and deals 40 ( AP ) Damage and is around Masi Kudo, an Ability like shyvana's but instead of speeding up Masi Kudo it slows all enemies in radius, and this lasts 4 seconds, his E Ability is stuns all targets that are hit, it is a Cone infront of him that has a 0.5 Second delay then stuns all enemies in the short radius, his ultimate is A mix of Galio, Nunu ultimate, it brings all enemies into him in the radius that is about the size of Galio ultimate, but then enemies can run out of it and the farther they are from Masi Kudo the less damage it does and enemies can run out of it if times correctly.
