Some Ideas I have for hextech....

Currently in my humble opinion the hextech crates are to hard to earn. It's a battle to get one and once you get one you can't get another crate on the same champion. I got my first one in a Volibear game (one of my best champs). Now most likely I will never acquire another. So personally I say that you should be able to earn as many as you want on one champ,just have the number you can get a month dropped to like two or something. Then secondly I would love trading shards and essence with maybe even a community market of people exchanging shards for essence and such. Mainly the reason I want something like this is my friend is a huge tristana main,and I recently un-boxed firefighter tristana. He wants to add it to his collection so bad and all I can do is say "Welp,sucks for you". So please riot make the chests easier to acquire and trading possible (Maybe with a community market like mentioned above)
