[Champion Concept] - Sovra, The Source of Chaos

Hi guys! I love to make different champions in my head, I always loved seeing champion concepts and the different possibilities Riot can actually make happen. You guys might recognize this post from the one I posted on League Amino I also go by the name "Eliax". So enjoy! Creds to the artists.

Sovra's name is a shortened version of the Italian word for supernatural, sovrannaturale.

Lore: Sovra was born a normal girl in the Blue Flame Islands. Her parents were both observers of the life on this island and have lived here for 20 years now trying to get as much information as possible. Sovra was a normal girl. She had a great life on this Island. Despite how lonely she was, she still made everything seem work. Just like her parents, she loved to observe. She loved watching the life of animals more than anyone else. She became so knowledgeable of animals that any animal she encountered she was able to befriend it. She was invited to the College of Magic to train in her ability to control these animals. There she befriended a girl named Lux , the Lady of Luminosity. One day she went outside to train in her new ability to make animals attack. She went outside and saw three faint lights in the distance of the forest. Yellow, blue, and pink. She tried her hardest to get them to back off but she couldn't. Out of no where they all jumped on her. The lights went into her as if they all fused into her body but the animals somehow went through her and returned to their previous natural state. She became infused by chrome. Everyone saw the meteor but couldn't find it anywhere in the forest. She was hidden and so was the meteor. The three animals returned and dragged her body to a lab in the forest. She was returned to a lab in Zaun where scientists worked on her to recreate her so she would survive. The damage was so serious that they couldn't fix her limbs with just prosthetics. They kept her in the lab one night and the core of her body glowed in a shimmering light. A sort of energy entered her body when she was struck by the meteor. She started to change. Her limbs were replaced with bionic features. She ascended and Sovra was reborn in metallic chaos. Even just being around her, you can feel her body resonating with energy. Abilities:

http://i.imgur.com/fCMBiMD.png Passive - Prey of the Weak When an enemy falls below 50% health, Sovra gains bonus movement speed and attack speed moving towards them. This lasts for up to 7 seconds before moving away from the enemy champion.

http://i.imgur.com/TY16uxe.png Q - Bionic Fissure Sovra hurdles up an electronic mess/fissure in the ground. All enemies caught in the fissure are slowed for 15% of their movement speed and are inflicted up to 80/125/160/200/250 magic damage. (Scales with AP)

http://i.imgur.com/xzSgLIz.png W - Unsheath Sovra shrouds herself in a shimmering silver light shielding her for 100/150/200 damage for 4 seconds. After those 4 seconds, Sovra emerges from the shield damaging all surrounding enemies for 60/140/200 damage (Scales with AP and AD).

http://i.imgur.com/1rsCZyr.png E - Chroma Dash Sovra teleports behind a target enemy phasing through them and blinding them for 1/1.5/2 seconds.

http://i.imgur.com/gxPKycf.png R - Chaos of the Past Passive: Each basic attack Sovra deals charges a stack of Chaos of the Past. This can stack up to three times. Every third basic attack will deal true damage. (Ignores ALL armor and magic resist) Active: Sovra calls upon her past to recreate the meteor that she encountered with a while ago. Each stack of Chaos of the Past will correspond to how many meteors Sovra will recreate. At 1 stack, Sovra will be able to target her enemy with Chaos of the Past firing one meteor dealing 250/350/400 magic damage. At 3 stacks, Sovra will fire three bolts of bionic energy around her. All enemies caught will be inflicted with 250/350/450 magic damage. (Both parts scale with AP and AD)

Edit: Thanks guys for all the feedback, I love reading all the comments. Even if she is very OP, I do enjoy the champion concept. It would be cool if riot did make a champion with a kit like hers. I'll definitely make another one in the future though.
