Krag is an AP mid lane mage, who's purpose is to change the outcome of team fights with displacement abilities. With his passive shield allowing him to get into position to unleash a whole flurry of mud on to the enemy team, Krag can change the fate of games based on player skill.

If this get's good feedback I can release lore/quotes.

I will put his base stats at the end, since the abilities are the reason you're probably reading this.

Passive: Mud Shell Krag converts 10% of his AP + 10 per level into a shield when out of combat for 8 seconds, lasting until broken.

Q: Mud Toss Cooldown: (seconds) 9/8/7/6/6 Mana Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Krag launches a thick glob of mud in a line, dealing (60/70/85/100/125 +60% AP) AOE damage, and stopping on the first enemy hit. If a champion is hit by the mass of mud, he will be knocked aside depending on the angle hit and slowed for _10%/15%/20%/25%/30% _ The mud acts as impassible terrain, and lasts on the ground for 4 seconds. Krag can also use Mud Toss to break existing mud stacks on his target, dealing damage based on how many stacks of mud are on the target. (4/6/8/10/15 +10% AP per stack)

W: Mud Pillar Cooldown (Seconds) 8/7/6/5/4 Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Krag uses his magic to cause a pillar of mud to arise from the ground, knocking up enemies in an area and dealing (40/55/65/80/110 +50% AP)magic damage. The pillar will act as impassible terrain, lasting for 3 seconds. The Pillar can break mud stacks, dealing (7/10/12/15/20 +12% AP per stack)

E: Mud Pool Passive: Sticky Mud Auto attacks apply stacks of mud (Starts at 5 stacks, ending at 10 at level 18), Krag can use other abilities to break the mud off his opponents, dealing extra damage. Active: Cess Pool Cooldown (Seconds) 10/9/8/7/6 Mana Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 After a brief channel, Krag creates a circle of mud on the ground, slowing enemies (30%/40%/45%/50%/55%) and dealing (12/20/28/38/50 + 2/3/4% + %0.8 AP of enemies maximum health) magic damage per second. If Cess Pool is placed in Krag's Mudslide, the damage and slow will be doubled.

R: Mudslide Cooldown (Seconds) 150/120/100 Mana Cost: 100/100/100 Krag summons fourth a massive flood of mud and debris, causing enemies to be slowed and moved towards the direction of flow and dealing magic damage per second (170/250/320 +40% AP per second) and applying 1 stack of mud per second. (Lasts 4/6/7 seconds)

Base Stats: Health: 510 (+78 Per level) Health Regain: 5.7 (+0.6 Per level) Mana: 320 (+50 Per level) Mana Regain: 6.8 (+ 0.7 Per level) Attack Damage: 53 (+ 3 Per level) Attack Speed: 0.675 (+1.29% Per Level) Armor: 21.88 (+ 3.5 Per level) Magic Resist: 30 (+ 0 Per level) Movement Speed: 335

Update Log: I took TheFirstGokuns suggestion as putting Krag's Q as an AOE hit. I also added a second use for Cess Pool by allowing to to do more damage when placed in his ultimate, I believe this will bring more options of how you can use Cess Pool. I also added cooldown timers and mana costs (Thanks TheFirstGokuns for reminding me) and added base stats.

Really interesting concept which brings zone control to a whole new level :) One suggestion: if the Q is large enough to act as impassable terrain, shouldn't it do AOE damage upon collision in a small area, like Mega Gnar? Limiting such a huge, impactful spell to one target is kind of dissappointing, considering his other skills all play on AOE damage. If you could come up with respective cooldowns and mana costs, this would be a lot clearer of a concept. Good ideas all around. Hope you continue to improve this :)
