Ideas for a change to Akali abilites.

Welp Just small changes would be nice. Perhaps... make her E do a slow or a stun, with the E triggering the q mark on enemy instead of only AA. BUT if you choose to do AA to trigger q mark then it does true damage and If you decide to proc it with E then it still does the same damage it does now but with a slow or stun.

I mean Doesn't have to be all added but atleast something.

Having a stun on an assassin usually doesn't work out too well for balancing them, just having her E proc the Q again would be enough, no need to add true damage, her problems have nothing to do with lacking damage.
