(Updated Version) Malphyron the Necromancer of Noxus
***A while ago on my previous account (which I can no longer use) I made a champion concept on the old forums about this. I updated it like once so I'm sorry if you saw that. Here is the most recently updated version. Again I apologize. Also this is by no means perfect and I need some help with percentages and possibly even lore. Please comment If you have some great ideas. *** He's an AP ranged champ. His eyes would be covered by his hair. (Sorry if this is overused but I'm drawing it and cant draw eyes to save my life so sorry.) and his robes would be tattered and teared with small skulls and other death-like symbols.He would have skeletal features. his hair would be long and black but messy. his robes would have etchings on them with skulls and various other dead objects. His voice would be angry sounding and a little raspy but not completely. When he casts his E Dark lightning would shoot out of the tears in his robes. His personality is mean and rough but extremely sarcastic.
Lore
He was born in Noxus by two cruel parents.They lived in a shabby house in the underground portion of Noxus. Malphyron had enough of it one day and killed his parents in a fit of rage, with powers he never even knew he could use. He spent most years of his young life training these abilities, and many of his adult years as well. One day he was walking the streets of Noxus and got attacked by a theif. He countered one of the thief's attacks, then throwing him on the ground. He started to crush the thief's windpipe with his foot. As the thief was begging for mercy Malphyron said "Only the strong survive." And then showed his power and left the man but a bloody stain on the ground. His power was applauded and he was sent to represent Noxus on the Fields of Justice. He now is a strong champion and he is a deadly opponent to others.
Why keep them living when the dead are so much easier to work with?-Malphyron.
(Sorry if it breaks the lore of League of legends I tried to find enough info to make it good enough. If only a few particular things stick out please tell me and I'll try to fix them)
Abilities
**Passive: Soul Leech:**Heals him 20 health per minion kill 40 per champion kill (+ 10 health per level for champ heal). 2.0 second cooldown (Too Op/ Under powered? Just let me know)
How this might be useful: This could be useful against heavy damage champs and super poke champs(Only if you can actually reach the minions.)
**Q: Dark Paralysis:**Stuns the enemy for 1.5 seconds dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+35% AP)Range 630 Cooldown 20/18/16/14/12 secs Mana cost: 45
**How this might be useful:**What more do you need? It's a stun that deals damage which could be useful in a rainbow of ways.
**W: Pain Suppression:**Malphyron suppresses pain done to him shielding himself for 70/80/90/100/110 damage. Hurts the enemy for 25/30/35/40 % of the damage they are doing.
How this might be useful: Useful early game because the enemy champ could have a huge damage dealing move and you could turn that around by dealing some of that damage to them and heal yourself up with a pot or Soul Leech. (Could this use more shielding damage?)
E: Bolt of Corruption: Deals 40/55/70/85/100 damage and corrupts the target dealing 30 damage per second for 3.5 seconds doing 2.5 less damage per second. (+40 AP)Cooldown 30/28/26/24/22 seconds Mana cost:50
How this might be useful: Deals a good amount of damage helping you gain early lane domination.
R: Circle of Death: Places summons a circle of death on the ground lasting 6 seconds doing 90/120/150 damage per second also slowing the enemies within the radius for 30% of their movement speed. Mana cost:100 Cooldown:60 How this might be useful: Could help with escapes, kills, slowing on a turret. Useless as shit if you place it in an incorrect place though. Not like a fiddle ult where you are the ult.
Tips when playing as Malphyron: You should use Dark Paralysis then Circle of Death if you really want a kill. But if you want to save your ult for other times use Dark Paralysis, Bolt of Corruption. Mid could be viable because with his stun and passive could be a good way to harass and poke as well as the Bolt of Corruption because it can do some damage. Jungle could be good as well because of stun and ulti. You could stun someone use your ulti and you or whoever is in lane could pick up the kill.

(He'd probably be an easy difficulty champ. Knowing how to play him Correctly would definitely be one of the most unstoppable champs)

When using Q They're not moving but they're not dead... yet.
When using W What's the matter? Is it killing you that you're hitting me?
When using E(Because it's a DoT) Don't worry the pain only lasts a few seconds... but you'll be dead by then.
When taunting Thresh Try all you want but you won't get my soul. I don't have one.
When taunting Yorick or Mord Dealing with the dead? Sorry that jobs taken.
Upon Killing an enemy champ Life is a big clock, and yours has run out of time. Death is another word for release. You should be thanking me.
Upon Hitting a crit You won't be living much longer.
Upon dying Death never stops and neither do I (Evilly laughs and fades away)
Possible Easter Egg? His soul doesn't show when being killed by Thresh, Thresh just gets the soul anyways. Dance: He either says I don't dance or [Insert Dance Move Here] Skins:Pyromancer Malphyon, Frozen Malphyron
