Shyvana Rework.
When Shyvana transforms it doesn't even feel like dragon... Real dragon does damage by breathing fire, Shyvana's w has no damage. I think she needs new abilities when she turns into dragon. Abilities like flying and breathing fire.

Her W is meant as a self buff not straight damage
Dragons do more than just go flying around hosing people with their breath weopon. They bite, they claw, they smack people with their tails, they smack people with their wings, and they use magic(the use of magic is depending on the rules of the game your playing)
