[Champion Suggestion] Debra - The Threat from Afar and Up-Close (unfinished - please add own ideas)

Name origin: Debris; Deborah, a heroine and prophetess of the Israelites who defeated the army of the Canaanite commander Sisera (compare https://www.behindthename.com/name/deborah)

Concept: Debra is a Marksman who has a split auto attack range. While her outer range outranges all other champions, she is left vulnerable at the conventional Marksman range. Therefore, Debra's kit revolves around her positioning so she can keep other champions out of range; or combat them up close.


Lore:

Debra started off as a craftswoman from Piltover who enjoyed exploring the possibilities of Hextech. She had a small shop and sold small accessories and tools utilizing Hextech. She especially liked to try out new applicabilities and to make her instruments as versatile as possible. Her niche: she only worked with used parts which were left over from other artisans. She believed in using every part as everything served a purpose.

She never planned to change her lifestyle, until an anxious, middle-aged man entered her shop, asking if she sold anything for self-defense. Puzzled over why he would ever need such a thing, she asked him to explain himself. He explained he came from Zaun - a place Debra only heard of from others - and that assassins were after him and his research. Having lived a life which consisted of naivety, Debra was appalled by this. She could never imagine why anyone would want to set boundaries to someone's creativity and craftsmanship.

Therefore, she began to develop small devices to help people who were persecuted. The word spread and she gained popularity among Zaunites. Her creations seemed to have helped her customers - at least many of them never returned. However, more and more people came to her in need of help. So she decided to take action herself. She created a weapon that would serve her in great distance as well as in close range: Through Hextech, her weapon could change between a ranged gun and two blades. Although it was not perfected, as it left her vulnerable at middle range, she began to hunt down assassins who targeted the innocent. Utilizing not only her weapon but also her other artifacts, she helped defeat cutthroats. As a result, she became a celebrity among simple Zaunites who no longer had to fear for their lives.


Passive: Debra automatically switches between her blades (range: 0-200 units) and her ranged gun (600/550 [at levels 1/11] - 750). Every third melee attack grants her a movement speed burst, whereas every ranged attack slows her target.

_Q: Pierce / _ Pierce: When having her gun equipped, Debra loads it with special ammunition that lets her next auto attack deal bonus damage and pierce through units (like Xayah's P or Twitch's R). : When having her blades equipped, Debra executes a cross swing that deals damage to enemies in a cone in front of her. Additionally, her next three auto attacks deal bonus damage and her Passive effects are enhanced. Pierce and have separate cooldowns.

W: Smoke Cloud Debra throws a smoke to a target location that slightly slows the enemies caught in it and reduces their vision (similar to Graves' W, just less strong, but with a greater radius). Targets affected by the smoke cloud are left vulnerable and take more damage from Debra's melee attacks.

E: Debra dashes to a target location. After the dash, she activates a device that grants her a short burst of movement speed.
