Gangplank Spooky skin

Gangplank spooky skin should be more like a ghost not like his original skin just in white. He shouldnt have legs but instead have a ghostly tail (ex; kind of like spongebob squarepant the show the ghost in that show, like his legs/ ghostly tail that is what gangplank spooky skin should look like) and he should hover/ float in the air. Not walk.
