New ADC Item Idea

So, I've been thinking for a while and I personally find this an amazing item for the ADCs who are having a rough time lately. The item is called Substitute and is an active item, an ADC can buy this item and place it on the map for 5 seconds long, the item will disappear afterwards. The item 'Substitute' is on cooldown for 300 seconds and works as a backup support. You can place the item like ZZ portal and it will take any abilities it receives. For example: is alone with in a 1v1, has 30 hp and ults , can now put down the Item 'Substitute' to protect himself and get away unharmed. I think it's an amazing idea and hope one of the Riot employees sees my idea.
