Fisherman Thresh Skin

Why isn't there a fisherman Thresh skin that has him holding a fishing pole, a box of bait worms and each time a soul would drop a worm would instead. Also his box(ult) could be a fishing net raising up around them. Each effect could have a splash sound too it. Also he could be jax's fishing buddy!

I think that would be possible if he didn't already have the deep terror skin, I don't think they would give him two water themed skins

I think this could work better with someone like Nautilus.
