According to Irish lore, the banshee is a female spirit that shrieks or keens (sounds a lamenting cry) which is an omen of a person's death. The description of banshee a spectre with long red or gray hair, pale skin, red eyes, clad in green robes or clothing.
For gameplay: when evelynn ults, instead of laughing I think a global shriek would be really cool given the lore of the banshee.
Volsong3 votesYesssss, Evelynn needs a good skin, especially one that changes how her abilities look.
RagingNEWB2 votesEvelynn mains, let our voice be heard! We want a new skin! I'm biased, but I want the banshee.
Deneviel1 votesBit too late for that :/ halloween skins already confirmed and on PBE

Fortunately, we have one every year.
RagingNEWB2 votesDoesn't have to be for Halloween strictly. I think it would be a cool concept given her lore
