@Riot Community Champion's/Skin's

Heya Riot Team !

Since a few Day's im very intrested on the Community skin and champion concept's. Besides, i love skins/achmpions to see arrise them and maybe use them later in the Game. However, i will stop write my own mind and start to ask my question, the reason of this thread.

I will know :

• is it possible that you work on a skin or champion that's community (probably player) made ?
• Do you ever released a skin or champion from a community (probably player) idea ?
• Is it wasting time to think about an own champion or skin ?
• Are you glad to get some suggestions/concept's from the Community ?
