Suggestion: New or Never used Champions in Ranked

Hello,

I am not sure if this exact idea has been brought up but I did notice that players do dislike new champions being used in Ranked on release or even sometimes a champion who has never been played by a specific summoner and they are now practicing that champion in a Ranked game.

My thought on this, if possible would be implementing an internal checkbox system where it will not allow you to use a champion in Ranked until you have played at least 5 games and an average character score of a B? Just to show that you are capable of understanding the champion in the slightest.

Obviously this can be tweaked and may not be a popular choice but I feel it would help other players in ranked games have less of a worry about maybe new champions not being banned just because they become popular choices. Granted the one downside would be obviously if a player has only played one or two specific champions and they get banned this could cause a problem, but to solve that this specific rule could be added as a feature that allows someone to even start playing in Ranked, similar to being level 30 or needing a specific champion pool size.

The average score is based on player average. so if everyone sucks at a new champ, it'll be easier to get higher grades due to averages being lower.

at least for a while.

And riot did mention in a recent "Ask Riot" that its something they're looking into
