before, and my eyes are gone on her ulti's name... mmh,there were something wrong in that name, something not at his place... "Tidal wave"... mmh... Then the illumination! yeah it is a wave but... what do you think about "tsuNAMI". it's just a simple translation but maybe it's much more funny...anyhow, riot likes double entenders, soooo... what do you think?? :3

Zardo1 votesRiot tends to make sillier names when it fits the champion's theme(IE qiyana having supreme display of talent as her R, or jinx's R being super mega death rocket). I'm not sure if that sort of ability name would fit with nami's theme.

GreenKnight1 votesRiot is over naming things in a fun way. Rat-Ta-Tat-Tat was replaced by a much more boring name, same with skills for that pathetic Mordekaiser rework. Although i think that case it was more like Riot shitting their pants because of copyrights.
