Rokusho, The Undead Ronin
Rokusho is a Shadow Isles champion based off a traditional sammurai design. His spectral appearance makes it clear that he is from the Shadow Isles.

Passive "Ronin's Resolve": Rokusho's abilities mark affected enemy champions for 2 seconds. Rakusho's other abilities or auto attacks will consume the mark, applying a stack of "cripple" to the target. Cripple briefly slows the target and reduces their armor for a duration. Additional stacks of cripple will refresh the duration and amplify the effect. Rokusho can apply a max of 3 stacks to the same target.
Q "Dishonored": Rokusho slashes in an arc, damaging all enemies in its path. Q can be held to charge the slash, increasing its damage and speed. Auto attacks reduce the cooldown of Q.
W "Tachi": Rokusho stabs his blade in a target direction, damaging the first enemy hit. If the stab hits an enemy champion, Rokusho will pull the target closer towards him.
E "Unbreaking": Rokusho positions himself in a defensive stance, reducing incoming damage and slowing himself. Rokusho can recast E to fire a blast of energy proportional to the absorbed damage.
R "Jisei": Rokusho dashes in a straight line, damaging all enemies in his path. After performing the dash, cripple stacks applied to affected targets will detonate.
