New Trundle skins

So i was just wondering why Trundle is going to get a new skin that isnt 750 or 520 because at the moment he only has a legacy skin that is above that price so when is he going to get a new one with specia lefects and stuff insted of just character lock?

I d like sth like plumber trundle with u huge toilet for pillar,and a plunger for weapon,and a flooded wet area for W or maybe a clown trundle since he is a "troll" with a plastic hammer weapon and sth like a huge jack in the box for pillar Or anything else actually i agree he needs a skin xD
