Wonder what would happen if blitzcrank's Q worked on allies as well like in the poro game. He would be able to rescue people from far away provided his Q lands on le squishy ally and not the fed enemy tank :) Just a few thoughts.
As a blitzcrank main i would love this to kingdom come but if it were to be there would have to be limitations. The only way to make this even close to balenced is if you can't grab threw your own minions. seriously weakening your laneing phase. Very cool idea tho!
Should have an option "allow blitzcrank to yank". If you click yes then he can yank you to save you. After being Yanked if the Blitz is a troll the pop up option comes out again and you can click no so he cant do it. Same for Tahm imo.
[Sort of like when Kindred can pick what the enemy champion to deal more damage too]
