I think it would be interesting in there was a champion based on the Pied Piper. The R would definitely be leading enemy champions towards you. For Q, W, and E it could be something like a song for attack up, healing, or speed. But others could be something like playing a ear piercing note at target champion. What do you guys think?

Actually, This would be a cool champ...If his attacks were debuffs instead of Damage
Like Q can be a high pitched note that weakens enemies armor.. W can be a melody that heals teammates...in an AOE over time
I always thought there was some kind of a connection between the pied piper and Bard with the meeps... but maybe I was wrong?
It would be mad cool if each Q,W, E, and R had the piper play a different instrument designed to summon rats or little children to assist him. =D
