Cyra, The First Xetharian (Pronounced Zeh-Th-Ar-Ian) (Champion Concept)

(Please Rate and Comment so I know if I'm doing a good job) (Currently no Concept art, sorry) (This is still under major development, and i'm only one person, so I'd like community help. Lore will become more in depth if requested, as well as less cliche. Days not shown (for now) are training as usual. i will add more as real days go on and i am given recommendations for her) ((I can't edit the title e-e. But her name is pronounced See-Ra. Not like Sy-Ra.))

Cyra is an Assassin/Mage Champion who uses energy and short swords in combat. she can swap between these for a melee or ranged attack, like Jayce. (Energy being Ranged, Short Swords Being Melee, Obviously)

Faction: Piltover. (Lived in Zaun but left to go to Piltover)

Abilities: Passive: Blood Lust: Striking enemies below 50% Health deals double damage.

Q: Weapon Swap. Cyra Swaps Her weapons, Changing her Abilities. Cooldown: 2 Seconds (Energy Scales off AP, Swords Scale off AD. Updating Later)

W: Energy Cannon/Strike from the shadows. Energy Cannon: Cyra fires pure energy from a shoulder cannon, dealing 60/80/100/120/160 Magic Damage. Strike from the shadows: Cyra vanishes into the shadows, and comes out after 6 seconds or after attacking another champion. Strikes on the champion's back deal double damage. (Can stack with Blood lust for Quadruple Damage). Dealing 40/60/80/100/120 Base Damage.

E: Xetherian Leader/Vorpal Shield. Xetherian Leader: Passive: Allied units around Cyra deal 40/60/80/100/120 Bonus Attack Damage. Vorpal Shield. Cyra shields an ally or herself for 70/90/110/130/150 damage. Activating Ability again causes spikes to launch off the shield, dealing the amount of damage taken to enemies.

R: Possibility One: Subatomic Dash/Puncturing Stab. Subatomic Dash. Cyra dashes to a location. Puncturing stab: Cyra her opponent in multiple places, slowing them and causing them to bleed for 30/50/90 health for 10 seconds.

Possibility Two: Xetherian Energy Beam/Apprehend. Xetherian Energy Beam: Cyra channels her cannon for 1 second, launching a laser towards a location, it explodes upon hitting an enemy champion, dealing 100/150/200 magic damage and 50/85/120 splash damage. Apprehend (Shortened in pole because of character limit): Cyra dashes towards an enemy champion, "Disarming (unable to attack)" them for 6 seconds and any damage done to them is tripled.

Possibility Three: Giga Laser/Leaping Strike. Giga Laser: Cyra launches a continuous laser in a 2000/2500/3000 unit range, for 8 seconds. The laser can be canceled early. While using the laser, her movement speed is lowered by 30%/20%/10%, and champions in the laser's beam are slowed for 10%/20%/30%. Leaping Strike: Cyra holds both swords in her hands and leaps at an area, dealing damage upon landing. Enemies caught in the middle of the landing zone bleed and take 170/230/290 physical damage, and are slowed. Can be activated again to cause her to swing her swords in an undecided radius, and deal 90/110/130 physical damage.

Lore Sex: Female. Subject Number: 5802. Age: 12 (14 at end of lore) This is a log of the Subject: Hannah "Cyra" Seoladán Day 1: Subject found. Now being outfitted for Project Xether. Day 2: Subject has been tested for previous experience in subject matter. None found. Day 15: Subject shows no potential, However the Project Founder would like to keep her. She is merely a waste of resources. Day 27: Subject is being trained for synthetic rework. She has not been told what the training is for however, telling her would cause stress. Increase in heart rate could cause her to bleed out during the implantation of the Xetherian Parts. Day 56: Subject Has been given basic training. Tomorrow she is being implanted with the Xetherian Parts. Day 57: Subject showed minimal struggle during Implantation. The Founder Believes it is because she believes in the greater good of what the research is for. The sane ones know it is because she was injected with a sedative to stop screaming and movement during implantation. Day 107: Subject Is now 13 years old. Was Given Cake. Day 150: Subject is now showing extreme potential. She is excelling at everything faster than our best Subject, Joshua (age 17. In Project for 12 years.). Day 151: To test if this was a fluke, we pitted her up against Joshua, the first Subject. We fear she may have killed him if the fight was not supervised. Day 152: Subject has been given Nickname Cyra, due to her being a leader to the other Subjects. Day 178: We have started a ring to pit subjects against Cyra. Subjects who win are Released. We know nobody is going to be released, however, it is amusing to watch their hopes, as well as them, die. Day: 234: Someone almost won a pit fight, subjects placed bets on who won, gave her opponent equipment to kill her with. There were a lot of unhappy betters afterwords. Day 260: Subject now has a Blood Lust, she must be kept from other subjects for their safety. She enjoys seeing death, giggles during fights, even when being injured, she cares little for the lives of others now. (Continuing Lore Later)
