Possible Ultimate Skin Idea
So I know Riot said they weren't going to do an Ultimate skin this year, which I understand their reasoning completely. That being said I thought I'd throw this out into the universe and hope for the best.
As we all know ultimate skins are super unique and usually downright awesome but I've noticed that the ones they've done so far are what I'd call "good" skins not "evil". So I though what if the next one is a "bad guy" skin. Sounds dorky as all get out but English is hard. There were a few options but the one that stood out to me was Kindred. They only have 2 skins, they've been out for a decent amount of time and I have actually seen more Kindred game play recently then ever (except release obviously). That and Kindred is also one of my favorite champions so I may be a little bit biased and they already have a darker motif.
On to the skin!
To give Riot a bit more time to work on the skin I started with a more Halloween release time then a summer, plus it adds to the darker theme. I wanted to keep with Kindred's death/hunter motif but also expand on it and give it a twist. So I introduce to you ....
Dark Magic Kindred
This skin would be an evolution skin similar in effect to Elementalist Lux, however instead of just selecting your base then choosing the next "element" Dark Magic Kindred would be more of a sorcerer/ess or some kind of "magic user" creating an Elixir of Immortality (or something along those lines) where in fountain you have an alter or cauldron of some sorts and at certain intervals you can add ingredients. This could be tied to marks, game time, jungle camps cleared or something along those lines. For each completed "elixir" there would be your transformation animation and a short voice line to go with it. For example if you created the Spirit form it could be: Lamb, "In Life" Wolf, "In Death" Both, "We hunt."
The skin would consist of the base form and 8 "Elixir" forms.

Base form: For Lamb's base form a more human-esque physic, but with roughly the same color palette though a bit darker. Outfit wise would be simplistic, a furred shawl to allude to the lamb, a more feminine tunic and breeches/leggings? with some kind of waist coat/coil. Can't decide on simple flat shoes, something crazy, or to keep the digitigrade. I wanted to keep the white hair but have it long with some sort of band/crown/tiara to give the separation and possibly add the hair decorations to give the illusion of lamb ears. The mask would still be a wolf but a more elegant design and possibly only an upper half mask, though I like the mystery of hiding Kindred's complete face. The eyes would be subtler and less "hi I'm not human" but more of a deep violet rather than the blue.purple mix. Lamb's bow would be a simple and elegant long bow with decorations and symbols.
For Wolf's base form I thought a more shadow wolf form would mix well, but while you are standing still wolf has a full wolf form then when you are moving/attack etc he goes back to being just the wolf head. Wolf's mask would also be a bit more elegant, though a bit beat up. Again, subtler colors and the same eyes as Lamb.
Wraith: For this form I wanted to go straight to the creepiest darkness. Lamb would be completely covered in dark tendrils of shadow and "other" things, almost akin to black fire. This skin would not have masks as their form would be mostly pure black with just the eyes showing, so it would act as a mask itself. The tendrils/smoke would wreath back and forth and their eyes would be closer to the original color but a bit darker.
Wolf would be a bit larger, not too much to cause issues, just enough to be noticeable. No mask, blue eyes, very large teeth and mouth that dripped the shadowy stuff all over. Wolf's form would be more erratic and less contained.
Spirit: This would be an almost ghost form. Though instead of the greenish palette that is the norm for some of our ghosty (cough Hecapony) champions, going more for the blues and purples. Lamb would be more of an outline/silhouette of a lighter blue, with the main form being darker shades and such. To give an example think Jak 3 light form just not so....bright. The mask would be the same effect but a slimmer, almost skull like.
For Wolf the same effects but with a darker color scheme as per usual
Dawn and Dusk: These two would be similar but still have their own unique style. For Dawn Lamb would be a Fawn/Doe with pale colored eyes. Colors would include soft pinks, blues, purples with hints of the pale orange and yellow. The bow would look elvin and very delicate. Lamb's mask would be a white fox - a slight stray from the opposing mask color but eh- with a gentler and smoother appearance. For Dusk Lamb would be a stag with smaller horns, nothing too outrageous and brilliant yellow eyes. The bow would be heartier, more of a thick longbow with a more treelike appearance. Dusk's colors would be the deeper blues, purples, and reds with accents of the fresh blood red and warm orange. The mask would still be a fox but instead of a white fox it would be the red fox. This mask would seem a little bit more ominous and less friendly.
For Wolf in both form they would be a fox (big surprise!) matching Lamb's mask accordingly. So white fox for Dawn, red fox for Dusk. For dawn Wolf would have a fawn/doe mask and for Dusk a stag mask but with much greater horns.
Ethereal: I wanted to put a "good" version but more along the lines of how Kayle thinks she's righteous. Lamb would be pure white, almost angelic with a golden mask and bow. The colors would be your gold, yellows and whites so the regal colors and the outfit would be a slip of sorts or almost like your sleeping tunic and shorts. Possible additions would be golden etchings along Lambs skin to give the "fur" effect, or just to make it look more interesting.
Wolf would also be white but instead of gold the mask would be silver. Wolf would have more blueish tones rather than the golden/yellow.
Wrath: This one was my favorite to imagine because I just think of a raging inferno. Lamb would be a ashen grey and smokey black with cracks and tears that glow red/orange and seem to move. Lamb would definitely have the digitigrade legs and feet and the mask would be black with fiery red eyes. The hair would look like flames billowing behind their head and the bow would be ashen and flaming.
Wolf would need to look extremely menacing. The model would need to be slightly larger again and solid black that would transition into red/orange flames. The mask would be ashen and cracked like its about to fall off and unleash the ravenous beast. Same red eyes.
Crystal: Crystal was the one I had trouble with because I wasn't sure if it would fit. The biggest thing I like when coming up with this was the idea of a crystalline bow that reflected color like an actual crystal. For Lamb actual appearance I couldn't decide between being made of crystal or just having crystal accents. Obviously the mask would have to be made of it but this skin would need some hard core brain storming to flesh out to get it where I want it. I'm leaning more toward the crystal accents, where like only Lambs hands and feet are made of crystal. Wolf would be a crystal wolf with a more fluid rather than stagnant form. The colors I choose were your iridescent blue to purple, purple to pink shifts.
Behemoth: Lamb = Wolf, Wolf= Lamb. Best way to start the description. Take them, swap them, make "Lamb" look like a giant werewolf in a lamb mask and make "Wolf" look like a little lamb in a wolf mask. Boom.
