Skin Equality (Everybody deserves a skin)

With the upcoming pool party event I thought that this would be an appropriate time to bring up skin equality and the pros and cons of making sure every champion on the rift get's equal representation through skins. The pool party event is set to take place on August the 2nd and go into the 13th with the event we will be seeing new skins for Gangplank, Caitlyn, and Zoe along with chromas for old pool party skins. My personal opinion is that Zoe hasn't been on the rift long enough to deserve a skin. Being one of the newer champions on the rift being released on November 21st it hasn't even been a full year since release and she has already received a new skin. The same was for Xayah and Rakan who were released on April 19th and had received their after release skin on the 12th of February. I think there needs to be some sort of skin equality like a way to make sure everyone gets a shot at getting a skin or a way to make sure every champion gets a skin in a set amount of time like say within a 2 year period everyone on the rift will receive a new skin except for the new champions who have gotten their release skins. Another Idea is that Riot could do their planned skin ideas for events and the such but then the community gets to vote for what skins they would like to see next year or something like that. Besides that the whole point of skin equality was to try and point out the champions that still don't have skins or have been waiting an unfair amount of time to get a skin. Two great examples of those would be Aurelion Sol who still only has his release skin (Sorry) or Urgot who hasn't seen a skin since 2012. I know these 2 champions Have skins planned however releasing skins for Zoe before one for Aurelion seems unfair to Aurelion players. An argument to that point I hear a lot is that Zoe is played more than Aurelion or that Zoe is cuter than Aurelion While I can't argue that a human is cuter than a space dragon I can argue that Aurelion is played more and has a higher win percentage than Zoe in the current meta and the previous metas before too. Now I could bring up the worlds skins, but the worlds skins are the players choices and not Riots so even though I am salty that Xayah and Rakan get another skin I can't say thank you Riot for doing this. And then there are champions who receive too many skins like Miss Fortune or Ahri. Miss fortune has been on the rift for a while so of course she would have a couple of skins under her belt that's fair considering she has been in the game since 2010 but Miss fortune has received a skin every year since 2014 and has amassed 10 skins not including her release skin. The same goes for Ahri being released in 2011, Ahri has 7 skins not including release and has gotten a skin every year since 2015 a year in which she got two skins. I will end my point by saying that in my opinion that other champions deserve the right or chance to get skins especially before the champions that were released after them Aurelion sols problem with Xayah, Rakan, and Zoe.
