Porobespierre - The Exiled Revolutionary

Passive - Really 3 Poros In A Trenchcoat: On Death, Porobespierre breaks down into 3 mildly concussed and confused poros. Any ongoing effects anchored to Porobespierre are maintained for their duration (or until Porobespierre's resurrection) on each of these Poros. The poros count as minions, but can't be killed. The poros being attention-grabbingly adorable, grant vision to both teams.

Q - Vive La Revolucion! - Porobespierre spins wildly once, speeding nearby allies in a large radius, and damaging, marking and slowing enemies is a smaller radius

W - Petit Prix - Porobespierre dashes a short distance, stopping at the first enemy champion hit and dealing damage. If the enemy champion was marked by La Revolucion, Porobespierre receives a small amount of healing and reduced cooldowns on Petit Prix

E - Magi-Not Line - Vector Cast a barrier. Any enemy champions passing through it using a dash, leap, blink, teleport or stealth are immediately stunned as an interrupt (Clarification: This will retarget the arrival point of blinks, flashes, etc. to be adjacent to the barrier). Enemies passing through it with a movespeed buff are slowed instead.

R - Madame Guillotine - For X seconds, once every Y seconds, a nearby champion (including Porobespierre and allies) with the lowest percentage health is executed by guillotine
