Champion Shard Re-rolls

I think we should be able to reroll champion shards into permenant shard like we can with skins. Any thoughts or opinions on this?

They had that feature but removed it when they introduced level up capsules. We now get way too many champshards, it would be way too easy to get all champs.

They should make disenchating the shards into essence a bit faster though
