Bard Chroma Pack?

So bard chroma was supposed to come out patch 5.13 and its been a few days since then and we haven't gotten the bard chroma or nasus or karthus ones yet. Why are they not out yet?????

I was really hoping the Chroma would have been for his Elderwood Skin, I really enjoy the look of it but the colors just seem off to me. Do you think a request could be made for an Elderwood Bard Chroma pack?

I have a feeling they are waiting for the Zed fix, because he has a Chroma pack coming at the same time (and it would be awkward to release a chroma for a disabled champion).

Zeds chroma was pushed back to patch 5.14 (Or scraped idk) but the Nasus/Karthus/Bard chroma are due to come out sometime during this patch as well as gentlemen gnar.
