Bard Chroma Pack?
So bard chroma was supposed to come out patch 5.13 and its been a few days since then and we haven't gotten the bard chroma or nasus or karthus ones yet. Why are they not out yet?????

Not all content for a patch is released the first day the new patch is out. Content is usually released throughout the patch.
I have a feeling they are waiting for the Zed fix, because he has a Chroma pack coming at the same time (and it would be awkward to release a chroma for a disabled champion).
