New Champion Idea, what do you think? Champions named is Alexis
Name: Alexis Type: Support, Mage
Alexis is a fast moving supporter that specialize in high compressed shock waves. These waves is his attack and defense. When he is damage beneath half of his health his Q and R switches to defensive mode which gives him high protection abilities for both him and his allies. When he is over half of his health he is in combat mode, his Q and R is switched to high damage attacks.
Abilities: Auto Ability - Emotion: If an ally champion would die Alexis would gain a 30% armor and attack damage increase for 2.5 seconds, but with a slow for 3.5 seconds. Works only for the first ally killed and won't stack.
High Health; Q - Combat Strike: Locks on to target enemy champion dealing 80/120/160/200 damage (+ Combat Damage). 30 mana cost 10/8/6/4 second cool down. Low Health; Q - Defensive Strike: Locks on to any target champion, if it is target on enemy champion it deals 20/30/40/50 damage and a stun for .5 seconds and then slows for 1.5 seconds. If it is target on allied champion a shield is formed around you and target ally that blocks 30% of incoming damage. 30/40/50/60
W - Shock wave: A triangle is formed as indicator for the target range. Anything that comes near will be dealt 60/120/180/240 damage (+ Magic Damage) and gets knocked back with a 1.5 second slow. Anything that is far will be dealt 30/60/90/120 (+ Magic Damage). For every Shock Wave hit a line is formed. This line will stay 15 seconds. When the lines form a triangle Alexis deals critical damage to the target enemy champion and heals nearby allies for 100/500/900/1300. 70/80/90/100 mana cost 13/12/11/10 second cool down.
E - Helping Companion: A small flying robot goes and search on target area. When it reach the end it dissolves. If target enemy champion is spotted, Helping Companion will circle around spotted champion for 3/4/5/6 seconds before dissolving. 20 mana cost 40/35/30/25
High Health; R - Ultra Sonic Boom: A circle surrounding a quarter of the map and anything near Ultra Sonic Boom is dealt 800/1200/1600 damage with a knock back and a stun for 1.5 seconds. Anything near the middle of Ultra Sonic Boom is dealt 600/1000/1400 damage with a knock back and a slow for 2.5 seconds. Anything far from Ultra Sonic Boom is dealt 200/600/1000 (+ Magic Damage). 160/180/200 mana cost 1 minute Low Health; R - Sactificive Sonic Boom: Creating a medium sized circle, anything in the circle will be slowed for 3.5 seconds and after 3 seconds anything in the circle will be damaged for 800/1200/1600 damage (+ Magic Damage) (+20% of the health). Then Alexis loses all health. 140/120/100 1 minute
Personality: Alexis is a selfless person who helps others for the great and good. But though he is friendly and has a heart of gold he can be a big teas and a know it all. He is a electrical genius who finds ways to improve others life or he just focus on his shock wave suite. He favors the colors of blue, pink, and yellow. He usually puts blue strips on his products to indicate his work, and he likes to color his hair medium dark pink. He loves to play with others to keep his smile up and some times plays video games or is creating something new for time consumption. He is a fun, happy, and energetic person.

The under armor is were the technology to create the shock waves and the Chinese clothing is to give him the warrior look.
