New Panda Champion?

I think a panda like champion should be added. the champ would be a tanky-support but can also do a lot of damage. The champion could roll around and squash others, jump and sit on them, maybe shoot bamboo. This is just an idea but i think it would add a cool and different type of champion that LoL doesn't have.
