Riot wanted permission to host a tournament in Toronto before the NA LCS in August

I was thinking it would be a huge event and tournament for regular players elos bronze through challenger as a massive event here in Toronto. I run a marketing and consulting company that focus on if things like this are viable. I would like to use these skills to enhance a giant tournament for the players in the region. I also play league of legends and want to share my passions and meet others in this area that play.

It would be cool to have an "every rank" tournament but i think smurfs would ruin it.

We could use the MMR to set the divisions. It would make it the most fair and as long as it is with in reason. I think this would be good. I just need the OK from Riot to promote and make the tournament.
