ROGER, Piltover's Wings

Lore ROGER is a fighter jet drone that gained sentience and now protects Piltover's skies. He's friends with Oriana and Blitzcrank, but has a friendly rivalry with Corki over who's the better pilot.

Innate Passive: Target Lock After casting a spell, ROGER's next 3 basic attacks have their attack speed significantly increased. Additionally, all of ROGER's basic attacks apply stacks of Daze. Enemies that reach 10 Daze stacks are stunned for 1.5 seconds. Daze Stacks last 5 seconds.

Q: Concussive Shell ROGER fires a concussive shell in a straight line. Upon hitting the first target, the shell explodes dealing physical damage around the target and applying a Daze Stack to all targets hit. About 3 second cooldown.

W: Submission Field ROGER places a powered energy field at the target location that deals magic damage over time and shreds enemy Armor and Magic Resistance for it's duration. Enemies that walk through the field are slowed by 25%.

E: Evasive Maneuvers ROGER flies in a circle arc toward the target direction. ROGER takes 1.5 seconds to complete this maneuver, ending at his starting position. While flying, ROGER drops mines that deal magic damage (like ziggs mines) as well as applying a Daze stack. ROGER can active the ability again while mid flight to cancel the maneuver and stay where he is in the arc, instead of being forced to return to his starting position. Relatively Long Cooldown.

R: Hextech Bombardment ROGER unleashes a rain of high heat bombs in an area around your cursor, dealing significant AoE Magic damage. Each bomb that hits the area applies a Daze Stack of it's own. Additionally, the bombardment will change direction with your cursor throughout the duration, but has a maximum range of around 1000.

Author's Notes: I like AD Carries that are more player involved, like Ezreal and Corki, rather than traditionally auto attack ones like Tristana. ROGER would spend his game trying to get stuns off, something extremely powerful in the hands of the right player. I want a character capable of making clutch plays and I think his Daze mechanic brings that out, as well as differentiating the bad players from the good. Good players would manage the number of Daze stacks they are applying to which enemies. Being able to continually auto attack targets and using your passive correctly to maximize the amount of times one can get that stun proc off during teamfights will make or break this champion concept.
