Recently i opened up a hextech chest and i received Red Baron Corki. I was super excited because that was my first Legendary skin ever. But I was less excited when I saw that there weren't any particle effects or anything, just a texture on the base model. I was wondering if there were any plans to give a visual update to skins such as The Magnificent Twisted Fate, Blood Lord Vlad, or like I said before Red Baron Corki?

A legendary skin completely changes the look and feel of a champion. Features: new model, new texture, new splash image, new animations, new visuals, new voice over and sounds.
Sukishoo7 votesRiot recently confirmed that this Tier guide is outdated and they need to update it (mainly when speaking on 1350s, but pretty sure they will adjust it for most things).
They had also mentioned awhile back that they had no plans to update older skins. Things such as the Pulsefire update just happened when they had the opportunity (since they were making the Cait skin). Most of the older skins on other champions would only get updates if they have a VGU.

Downvoted for asking a simple question...right. So much for keeping to the discussion. :| I know nothing was done for her legendary skin - that was my reason for asking: If her update would/should validate an update for that skin.
Sukishoo3 votesShe had a Visual Update in 2013 and a small Gameplay update in 2016. However the Visual update didn't really do that much for most of her skins, such as Annie in Wonderland it still has no new particles, animations, voice over, ect.

No i think it still needs to be updated its an 1820 skin but it feels like a 1350 skin

Riot rejected updating outdated skins.

I was very upset when I used 1520 orange essence to get Annie In Wonderland, because I was super excited to get a legendary Annie skin, but I was really upset that it didn't have any changes to it. I think if they aren't going to update it, that they should lower the pricing of it in Hextech.
