Title: The executioner

I think there should be a new champion and it'd be Yasuo sister it'd be pretty cool to see and what utilities you could put on her. Like same tribe or clan just left on her own journey before all that happen and she is chasing down Yasuo for murdering the clan or she is the culprit of the clans being murdered. She took a journey away from home early so she can learn how to become a better swordsman. She hears that her brother kill their clan and set out to convict her own brother either kill him or find the truth. She was also student from Master Zed or Master Yi.

Ablilities. Basic abiltiry able to penetrate armor or bleed good for top lane. First ability swift blade for same a yasuo E but quicker but it stuns them or slows them down, but fast like flash. Second ability would be like yi ult but throws atk speed up by 40% and movement speed by 10% - 20%. Third ability blood strike where she hits a vital making you bleed and slows their movement down or has their armor decay like armor penetration. Ultimate would executioner strike where hit hit you swiftly her sword fight become rapid exceed over the atk speed or she hits you like zed ultimate but the other champion is stunned and it hit all vitals.

Her stats is up to you guys how strong you want her to be but im pretty sure shes more armor penetration and and atk speed.
