I would love a PROJECT: Shaco skin, he has all of the traits and the visuals i can already see them in my head.

Meh. Shaco is crazy and his lore is unknown. It would be befitting, but they already have a full skin line plus the original PROJECT: Yasuo so I doubt it will be added.

His moves aren't flashy enough.

This would be dope! Although, these project skins are meant to be unique and if there were a lot of them (because a lot of people are going to want more and more since they might favor some champion) it just wouldn't be special.
