Even though it's unlikely that we'll be having a special Harrowing event this year, will the previous Harrowing skins (i.e: Underworld TF, Wukong, etc.) at least be available for purchase alongside the old Halloween skins during Halloween time this year?
you understand riot has already stated there will be a lore and skin event this harrowing? where are you getting that the harrowing is unlikely to happen this year?
