Lollipoppy, sugar rush event

Hi, I know Lollipoppy and other skins from will be available soon. I was just wondering if they had been changed like Noxus poppy or if we still have the ''old'' versions. I'm asking out of curiosity, but it is also a suggestion :) Since a lot of skins has been changed recently to versions from other servers.
