Honestly I like this skin a lot, But what is with the Black hair and the green stripe it makes her look like Cruella de Vil . Personally I think it would look better with the primary hair color being green and a black stripe. Or even Blonde with a red stripe would look really nice , Anything but black hair even her default blue would look 100% better then the black. I also think she should still have some "sort" of tattoos on her arms and legs. This is just my suggestion/opinion I am going to by the skin regardless as I main jinx.

She also needs to look less neat in general. Torn clothing. Mismatched socks. Something.

keep the hair the same, i love the new hair. the tattoos should be added yes but omg i love the hair xD Jinx main xDDD

I don't have an issue with her hair, but her w and e animations are very underdeveloped(It is a brand new skin and they can add stuff) with the w it's still that plain pink. The w should have like a dragon in a zig zag pattern before she shoots it off, and the e should have a red or bright pink fire before the traps come down.

I also thougt it would be cool if the fireworks she set off were in a pattern or spelled her name.
