Maokai’s name origin
Is it based off the Hawaiian island Molokai? It sounds very similar and I was wondering if the name itself meant anything else in another language.

I think it's an anagram of 'I am oak?'
It's actually the name of his concept artist, Maokai Xiao (who, if I'm not wrong, still works at Riot to this day). :)
